Try "Set Client File Caching Enable = Off" if it is not done so already. It should not effect performance noticably.

There is a beta patch that is meant to fix the problem: http://support.novell.com/servlet/tidfinder/2964917

If you don't want to use a beta patch, then as suggested use the "set client file caching enabled=off" option.
