How to Convert apt Repositories to smart Channels

if you have apt installed you can use [aptosmart] to convert your /etc/apt/sources.list Repositories to /etc/smart/channels.

If you don't have apt you can still create the sources.list file.

Make sure you have an empty /etc/smart/channels/ directory before you run aptosmart.

When smart is run after the script, it will create one channel per component in the sources file.
